high-powered turning center and a full-function machining center to produce

Integrex®
comes standard with continuous 5-axis CNC control, bringing added capabilities
to many shops. With one machine, you can be competitive on round parts
with secondary operations, fully prismatic parts from solid or castings, or
sculptured parts such as aerospace components and molds. Enhance your
productivity by adding optional lower turret cutting.

Manufacturing Cell:
With the arrival of the last of three Mazak FH-5800
high speed horizontal machining centers, coupled with a 20 pallet Palletech
system and controller, Visger Precision gains added versatility and
flexibility. VPI can now more easily meet each customer’s unique
manufacturing and delivery requirements.
Changes in delivery schedules and priorities can be
accommodated within minutes, not hours. What were once lengthy and costly
set-ups & teardowns can now be done off-line and brought on-line with
greater speed and improved quality. Small & medium size lots can be run
with nearly the efficiency of larger lots and with corresponding savings
to the customer.
